1) How do I order my new BK Blades?
First, go to our home page and choose a category.
From there, look at the designs we have to offer in each category. New ones show
up all the time as we create more patterns. You will also want to choose a
color and material for your blades to be made from.
When you have made your selections go to our order
page and submit your order you will be given a choice of secure Paypal or calling
us for payment.
2) Can I order different blade designs or shapes?
YES. Please contact us for the pricing of your custom
design or color you wish to have made. Although, you must buy 4, 5 or 6 blades of the
same shape. This is to keep your fan as balanced as possible.
3) Can I order just Fan Blades?
Yes. Unlike most sites that will only sell you painted fan blades for one model
or style of fan we offer just the blades for any fan model with complete installation
instructions. If you need, we will provide and sell
a complete fan. Please contact us for a price.
4) Can I order replacement standard blades?
Yes, we will make replacement standard shaped blades. We will only make a vull set
for your fan due to balance issues. There is not discount as the process and material
costs are the same for us to make shaped or standard blades, but you can choose
any material or color for a different look with the standard shape.
5) How long does it take to receive my order?
BKBlades are made to order. Items are usually shipped within 2 - 4 weeks depending upon
quantity, availability, payment method, and / or custom designs.
6) Can I return my order (RMA)?
Please check the Request for Return (RMA) on our contact us page.
We will send you an RMA number and instructions on how to return the blade(s) to us. Return
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless your return is a result
of an error made by BKBlades.com. In that case, the shipping charges for the returned
items will be refunded to you.
7) How is my order shipped?
BKBlades uses UPS for shipping.

Delivery Information (Important)
UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. We will not be responsible for non-delivery
and will not provide refunds for items shipped by UPS where a PO Box was given
as the address for delivery of an item. We are not responsible for items that
are delayed in shipping or are undeliverable due to inaccurate or incomplete
shipping/address information given. In stock items will ship within 2-4 weeks
with standard shipping.
